HEM missing hands from FTP

I have Windows 7. Today for some reason HEM is missing 700 out of the 1100 hands I played on FTP. I have everything set as "administrator." I created a new database and imported the hands and they are still missing. Please help, very frustrated.

Edit- and I just played 2 hands today and there both not showing up. HEM is moving the hands out of the FTP hand history folder but not writing them in the processed file folder for some reason. wtf

also lately the hud has not been starting on its own. please help

Couple of things you can try

1) Please install the latest version (1.10.02): http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2) Clear the main filter go to Filter > Clear then Filter > Use for all
3) Now try reports, hands and sessions TAB and see if the hands are showing up
4) Beside the date filter and clear filter you should see a dropdown box with All Games, Omaha, Holdem etc make sure All Games is selected.

If the problem persists zip up the hands and email them to support@holdemmanager.net and link to this thread and ill look into it
