on Ongame, it has worked perfectly until an hour ago and it doesnt import the hands anymore.

Is this the HEM or could it be the fact that Ongame has technical issues today

I guess its Ongame ;)

Please reboot your computer, delete the Ongame handhistory file or move it to a different folder and try again.

Please see this FAQ FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work) and answer any questions that apply to you so we can narrow down what the issue is

Thanks but what has this got to do with the HUD please.

I simply played around 200 cash hands and they are missing.

My database shows no hands imported after 0845, when i was playing until

1pm, it then started importing again at 1500

As Ongame had technical problems this may or may not have something to do with it

Sorry i misread, i thought you were still having issues importing hands

Couple of things you can try if you havent already

1) Please install the latest version (1.10.02): http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2) Clear the main filter go to Filter > Clear then Filter > Use for all
3) Now try reports, hands and sessions TAB and see if the hands are showing up
4) Beside the date filter and clear filter you should see a dropdown box with All Games, Omaha, Holdem etc make sure All Games is selected.
5) If the problem persists try creating a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and see if there was any import errors importing the hands, then check and see did the missing hands appear.

The hand histories will either be in the HM archive folder for that day or else theyre still in the folder that you poker client saves them to.

After I had done everything you asked it did import some files, nut I have no idea where they went to.

Now for whatever reaon, and I have no Idea, the handhistory folder is empty, when I last looked it had some of todays play in about 26K in size, but I have played 20,000 hands this week, so I am at a loss.

I DO NOT have a virus as this machine is a week old and running Norton

Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

In the archive folder the hands arent there either

So it imported some files with the new database? Did they show up in reports?

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder please and ill take a look where they might be going

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Warning: You have XXX Hand History Files in your Auto Import Folders (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/119/Warning:+You+have+XXX+Hand+History+Files+in+your+A uto+Import+Folders)

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
