You gotta drag the dot from the tablefinder & the HUD will pop up.

Not HEMs fault, but if you are not a lover of tinkering with computer software, you can never relax using a HUD, because the poker sites upgrade, or downgrade their software so frequently.

I am not well versed in computer software. Can someone please give me clear instructions on how to do this so I can try it. I don't know where there is dot, or how to do this.
Thanks

I may have jumped the gun. I opened and closed HEM and it is working on UB. I couldn't find dot, but it is working without doing anything.

HUD is still not working after this mornings AP software upgrade. The hands are importing, but the HUD is not working. I have tried dragging the red dot to the table, restarting HEM, but nothing seems to fix the problem.
Any help from HEM support would be greatly appreciated

Please install the latest version (1.10.02): http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and try rebooting, i know youve tried several thing but there was another thread where 3-4 people said the same thing and after a while it started working for them all so it might have been a temp problem on UB's end.
FWIW we've tested it on our end and there doesn't appear to be an issue.
