Intermittent crashes

Bought HEM2 (PLO and HE) a while ago, and have upgraded several times in response to other posts on this forum. Whilst issues have been resolved, the one issue that remains constant is that the software keeps crashing (intermittently and inconsistently).

Current version is 2.0.0.6997, and it seems to be worse than prior versions.

Laptop is a reasonable spec and should cope. It's an Intel i5 quadcore 2.4Ghz with 4GB RAM, and a decent 7200rpm disk, running Win7 64bit

Sorry to hear you are having problems with HM2, Please update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7053_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

If the problem persists Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)

If you have extensions turned off then it may be just called log. Please email the log, directly after you have the issue and before you restart HM2, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com along with a link to the thread or a summary of the issue you’re having
