My HEM was working fine until my computer crashed and I had to reboot. Then I was not able to see my hud in the HEM Replayer (still worked fine while playing though)
Then after reinstalling the program, and updating to the latest version it was working fine - But now suddenly it is not importing any hands at all, and im playing at 3 different sites and none of them are working - it just says "Auto importing..."

I have read through the forum abit and checked the the UAC is disabled, and that the applications in the folder are ran as administrator.
I have also tried updating to the latest version with HMUpdateRelease.exe

Do u have any ideas?

Best regards,
Magnus

-------------

It seams i can import the hands manually though by selecting import from folder..

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_25Jun2012a.exe

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file? And check your auto import folder (and archive folder) settings.
Check if handhistory files are 'stuck' in an archive folder and move them to the archive folder.

Here are some screenshots of my HEM settings, and the config file

I have also tried with the update you sent - no difference.

edit: how can i see if a file is stuck or not?

Btw.. I have tried up the HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_25Jun2012a.exe is not displayed in HEM, it still says "_1.12.10b" - I have tried reinstalling the update, and to run it as admin but its still the same.

It's normal it displays 1.12.10b. That is the latest version. (despite the fact the file is called 1.12.11)

Delete: D:/+ subfolders as an auto import folder

Attach the holdemmanager.config file from the HoldemManager/Config folder.
(not the holdemmanager.exe.config file)

Why do I have to delete the D:/ + subfolders? I have always had handhistories from one pokerclient stored right there
so its D:\Nickname

75022

Here is the config btw

It works now. The problem was that i imported hands from "D:\" - why is that btw?
The correct path i had before was D:\nickname + subs, my bad

Thx for the help :)

When set the D:/ + subfolders, it will look in ALL D:/ folders and will endlessly look for files, assuming you have a lot of other folders on D:/. Set it to D:/nickname + subs instead.
