Anyone had the same or have any idea whats up? Thanks.

Thanks for your response.

I have already tried rebooting and no joy. I have not applied any updates i purchased HEM only a couple of days ago so installed v1.10.02 from the full install package.

Should i reinstall the whole package? And if i do so will i lose my configuration, HUD settings/positions and database? I am running windows XP pro.

As i mentioned previously this is all very strange as everything was working fine yesterday.

Thanks again

If you try a full install make sure to uncheck postgresql during the installation otherwise you will loose your data. And save the config subfolder with all your settings.

But before trying this you should make sure that your XP is uptodate (SVP 3, Windows Updates) and you have the latest Microsoft .net framework 3.5 SVP 1 installed:
Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dot...eanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...dotnetfx35.exe

Thanks again,

Re-installing the .net framework did not help however i backed up my config directory and re-installed the whole package and HEM is now working again.

Very strange but thanks for your help in resolving this.
