Hello, I was trying to open hem and it wasnt loading, it said "program will not respond", just a standard error message when a program won't load. I kept waiting for it to load for like 5 mins and it wouldn't so I decided to uninstall HEM and re-install it. When I re-installed it my database was gone and I tried to upload it from the folder that FTP send my hand histories and nothing would import. I have over a million hands in my database and it is really important that I get this figured out. If someone can help me with this by doing a teamviewer or mikogo remote support session, I think that would work well. If anyone can help please let me know

I recently unistalled HEM and postgresql and now I try to reinstall it and error message appears saying "cannot install postgresql" I have no idea what to do here.

Thanks

The HM auto-import imports the handhistory files (which may take some time when using it first) and moves them to an archive folder. Default is c:\hmarchive.

When reinstalling make sure you use the update installer and / or uncheck postgresql installation. Otherwise a new database will be generated.

Your old database or the data folder is saved as a backup and you can try to restore it with uninstalling the new postgresql, renaming the data folder and installing postgresql as a single installer. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/71/Reinstall+PostgreSQL+Preserving+Old+Database

If you can't figure it out: Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.
