View Full Version : HUD not working during MTT

My HUD works properly when I play cash games (even with rush poker), but it is not working when I play MTT... :mad: I know I am doing something wrong, but i don't know what it is... Can anyone help me, please???

Make sure you downloaded and English client from fulltiltpoker.com and that the language and hand histories are also set to English.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Fozzy, thanks for your help. I tried everything you said and problem is still there. Did you notice I mention my HUD IS working when I play cash games, but not when I play MTT? Now I know it is not working when I play SNG too.
At any rate, I sent the e-mail. Let's see if that will help.

This is usually caused by a non-english poker client, please switch your FTP client to english

Netsrak, you mean I should save my hand histories in English? Well, they are already been saved in English...

Had the same problem... you have to switch the Client Language in English too.
HH only are not enough.

Hi, BlackSaphire. Thanks for your help. Now i could fix the problem. I received an e-mail from HEM support and I was told to change the lobby language into English (propably that's exactly what you and Netsrak were trying to say and I couldn't understand :confused: ).

Now I found out that it is not working with PokerStars... And I've already changed the language into English...
Any help???

OK, but now I used table finder and it helped...

English handhistories are not enough - for SnGs/MTTs the whole Pokerclient must be in english language.
