I'm not sure if it's specific to the site or the whole network but my HUD doesn't work for some of my tournaments. It seems to be hit or miss for the most part, works for some but not for others. It seems to be just a problem with the HUD as the hands are importing fine. Also, one time when I was playing where the HUD wasn't working and then I switched tables and the HUD popped up but was from the old table and was frozen that way.

I am updated to the latest version and have the seating preferences set for the 9 max tables.

Try forcing the HUD on a tournament using the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English.
hud options--> site options--> ipoker--> change the attempt to detect 6-max and 8-max setting

Sorry I haven't gotten back to this, I've been away. But no luck in the above. It seems to always work for the start of every tournament, but then doesn't work when I switch tables. It shows up in the table manager but it detects it as a 10 handed table and shows up as 0/10 for the players. It is importing the hands fine and I can even go in and replay a previous hand in holdem manager in the middle of a tournament and the HUD shows up then.

Updated, problem persists. Have you heard of others having this problem or is it an isolated case?

Also, I am having troubles with my HUD on ongame (BWIN) as well. When I click on the poker table the HUD will disappear, but when I click off the table to something else it will reappear.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

No luck again. I am running Windows 7 on a mac through bootcamp. I'm not using an anti-virus and using whatever firewall runs with windows with the default settings (I did add the HM exceptions though).

Close HM1
Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Still the same problem. Seems to be hit or miss for the table finder working. When it does work it doesn't auto update the stats, they are stuck at the time table finder was launched.

Are you playing on a specific type of table?
Is your Windows fully updated? When you run a manual Windows Update (although it's running in VM) are there any .net framework updates that can be installed?

Don't know what you mean by "specific type of table", but the answer is probably no, just standard tournaments.

Everything is updated but same story. It seems like it has a problem with the .xml files because merge uses the same hand history file type and I have been having the same problem on merge from time to time.

Are you playing STTs or MTTs? Holdem?
What sort of STT and/or MTTs?

Still no luck. Seems like were spinning our wheels here, didn't really want to but do you think upgrading to HM2 could be a solution?

On the Ipoker network you have to use the table finder every time you are moved to a new table in an MTT.
When you use the table finder please make sure to select the table in the table finder window (click on the table name) before you move the red drag to the table window and drop it there.

Well when I launch the table finder the table isn't listed. The correct tournament is usually listed but not the correct table number, I think it lists the table that I was previously at.

You have to play at least 1 hand at the new table (and 1 hand played at the new table has to be IMPORTED)
before TableFinder will detect the table.
