View Full Version : Still waiting to hear from support.

I sent an email to support@holdemmanager.net over a week ago and got a response saying its been forwarded to the developers and I should hear back with 1-2 days but I’ve still heard nothing. I semailed the problem and all corresponding .txt files needed.

I have 6 MTTs out of 400 from PokerStars that just won’t import correctly. I have got the tourney summary from PokerStars and imported the .txt file but they still wont work.

Can someone please contact me to fix this?

Please contact support with this. But i think its forwarded to our developers and they have had no time to look into it so far.

If its only 6 tourneys you can edit them manually to correct the results for now. I'm sure we will check your files and fix the problems in a future release
