I sent an email to support@holdemmanager.net over a week ago and got a response saying its been forwarded to the developers and I should hear back with 1-2 days but I’ve still heard nothing. I semailed the problem and all corresponding .txt files needed.
I have 6 MTTs out of 400 from PokerStars that just won’t import correctly. I have got the tourney summary from PokerStars and imported the .txt file but they still wont work.
Can someone please contact me to fix this?
