Any news on a fix? Unable to use holdem manager for over 4 weeks now

It has been more than 4 weeks now where I haven't been able to use my hud.

All the values are completely off on HM1, everyone at the table has VPIP of 80-100%, and PFR of 70-100%.

All of the other values are completely off also, which makes my hud entirely useless, and it has been like this for several weeks now, as I mentioned.

I was told to email someone and I would be informed when they had fixed it, but haven't heard anything as of yet, and would have thought it to be a priority when the actual software doesn't function at all.

Any updates would be really appreciated guys,

So I am not allowed to view stats by different bb levels?

Players play completely differently at different stages of sngs as I am sure you know, so that is quite important.

There's currently a bug in the tourney filter causing this bug.
It should be fixed in the next update.

I have been waiting until now, and still haven't heard back from you guys.

I have updated the latest version, but still have the same problem, when I try to filter by tourney BB.

Hi,

I have updated to the newest version as you recommended but I am having even more problems.

The size of the tournaments is not registering correctly.

An example of this is : Finish: 92 Size : 31 and I only play 180 man tournaments.

The only time it seems to recognise the correct tournament size (180 man) is when I reach the final table.

Also, it is saying "finish position: 0" for some tournaments (think it might be the ones I got to final table also), again all 180 man tourneys.


Your help would be much appreciated.
