View Full Version : iPoker not recognising anything but full ring...?!!!

I have a problem with importing my iPoker (BlackBeltPoker) hands on anything other than full ring.

8-max hold'em and 6-max PLO tables have both given me the same problem (table is recognised in the table manager but reports itself to be a 10-max table with no people at it and no HUD appears on the screen).

If I try to import the corresponding XML file directly I either get 'Found 0 files' or I get import errors.

Any pointers for how I get around this or anything I might have set up incorrectly? It's been working for me fine until I updated to 1.10 as far as I know....

However, I just imported the file from my processed hand histories folder from my other machine over the network and the hands imported just fine...

I can also confirm that it's not all 6-max PLO and 8-max Held'Em that give me this problem as I just fired up a few more and they all got a HUD and imported hands just fine.

Dont know if that makes it easier to diagnose or more difficult....!

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

hud options > site options > ipoker > select all the Attempt To Detect options

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.
