suspected problem with HEM hud and NoIQ/entraction

Hi. I just started with NoIQ/entraction network. When I open up a table and try to login, I'm 95% sure that the HEM hud is constantly trying to take control of the table and isn't letting me enter my info. The pokertable's window keeps highlighting and unhighlighting once every second or so...maybe a little more rapidly than that. Anyway, I shut down HEM while this was going on and the problem stopped...but now obviously I have no HUD. Any ideas what I can do?

Edit: I just reopened HEM and it's definitely the HUD causing the problem. FWIW, I had the HUD working earlier no problem. Now tho with this problem, the NoIQ table isn't showing up in the table manager. I think that's what the problem is...the HUD is repeatedly trying to grab onto the table and just can't.

Edit2: I tried opening a regular 4card plo table and a 5card plo8b table. The HUD worked on the 4card table, but did the constograbnfail thing at the 5card plo8b table. Does the hud just not work with 5card omaha?

And 5card omaha is basically the same as regular omaha except you have 4 cards in your hand instead of 5. You still play 2 in your hand. It has some popularity in European casinos but isn't spread online in too many places. Entraction is the only place that I've seen it so far. Anyway, I've attached a screenshot for you.

Good enough. Is there a way to stop the hud from trying to grab the table when I have plo and 5card plo tables open? I can't deselect it from table manager since it doesn't get there. I don't seem to have this problem when I'm playing stud8 and plo at the same time...just 5card plo at NoIQ.

Few months back I find solution somewhere for Hud not making 5card plo table active every second. Then I need to make windows clean install and lost hem configuration. Can't remember that tip anymore.

Like djfl says there is no problem without Hud running but... If I want to play 4 card plo with hud and 5 card plo at the same time it's allmost impossible. (If I don't remember wrong the solution was solved in "HUD Options" -> "Tables preference" but now I have tryed allmost every combination but can't get it work.)

Please install the latest version (1.10.02): http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe as if it was an old bug we more than likely would have fixed it by ignoring the 5card hands and not importing them

Do 5card PLO hands get saved to the same folder as 4card PLO?

btw... Hem import those plo 5c hands normally except doesn't recognize hole cards.

Problem: Hold'em manager hud doesn't work with 5-card plo.

How: When i have 5-card-plo table open and I start the hud the 5-card-plo table starts some kind of flickering effect. It's like it's going back to the top again and again. This happens in less than 1s. This makes the playing absolutely impossible of course. I can't even buy-in to other tables because the 5-card plo table gets popped up to the top all the time.

Fixes that doesn't work: I can't deselect the 5c-plo table in the hud because it doesn't get detected. Also it doesn't help if i select or deselect "force on top" option in the hud. And I have to latest beta. If you don't get the problem i can make video of this.

And i don't need hud for 5c-plo so badly but i really need that table to stop behaving like a monkey.

JESUS CHRIST. I DO NOT CARE IF YOU SUPPORT THAT GAME OR NOT. I JUST WANT TO OPEN THAT TABLE WITHOUT PROBLEMS WHILE I HAVE HUD ON.

I play plo and 5card-plo simultaneously and currently I CAN*T USE HUD FOR NORMAL PLO WHILE PLAYING 5CARD-PLO AT THE SAME TIME BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM EXPLAINED ABOVE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR THIS.

Let me repeat: I don't need support for 5-card-plo. I need that flickering bug to stop.

I am tilting pretty hard for this stupid comment after I just explained everything.

Can you try going to hud options > Player Preferences > Appearance TAB and move the opacity slider all the way to the right for all your hud configurations, let me know if this temp solution works while we work on a more permanent solution

We made changes to ignore 5 card games that should have prevented this, Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if the problem persists let me know the site, stake and gametype so i can try and reproduce this to test

I installed the latest version and the problem still persist. The network is B2B/Entraction and I've seen the same thing on all of their sites (including such as MamboPoker and Pokerihuone). The gametype is 5-card omaha (plo & plo8) and naturally the stake doesn't matter.

I would really appreciate if you could come up with something fast as playing is truly irritating at the moment.

HEM gets crazy when you open up ANY 5 card omaha hi/hilo table. HEM autochange focus to each pokerwindows open over and over again making it impossible to play with HEM open. Please fix!!!

Ok ive been doing some testing and i cant reproduce it that well, when i turned on forceontop it did flicker a couple of times and then stopped, i know we already suggested turning it on but i didnt notice this happening playing with forceontop off

Anyway it looks to be an issue thats specific to some people and not other so maybe we can do a teamviewer session so i can better reproduce this, once i do i can then forward it to the developer to fix but i cant do this until i can reproduce it
