View Full Version : HM wont open after I downloaded latest version...

Just downloaded version 1.10.2 and the following error pops up, any ideas on a quick fix please?

same here....updated from 1.10.01

its starting, but when im using the "hands" button at the CG section, this window appears

Please reboot your computer, clear your browser cache or use a different browser and download and install the update again. Make sure to install it to your original Holdemmanager installation path.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

Try downgrading to a previous version and see if it helps:

If you want to try a 1.09 version, try this one - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.09.03.exe

1.10.01 works fine for me. 1.10.02 still doesnt

I have same problem as High-tower. I tried everything what netsrak posted here, but HEM is not working. Any more ideas how fix it? I tried downgrade to 1.10.01, but it doesn´t help. Please help.

Yup, I`ve downgraded and upgraded, used different browsers and still cant open HM :confused::confused::confused:

I have a licensed HM Professional for over a year now, running on Vista, never had any problems until I downloaded the latest fileburst....

Please www.7zip.org the \Reports folder and your \Config\holdemmanager.config file, and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name.

I have licenced HEM and WIN XP PRO SP3 fully updated. (original installation CD of course)

I was asking because our licensing module had some problems with the trial which were fixed when entering a key.

But for now do as Fozzy suggested.
