Popup stats: difference between open_4bet and four Bet?

Hi

Question is in the title. There are these two stats in the popup designer; what is the difference?
This stats aren't in HM2, why?

Open 4 bet is the first action of the player in the hand. 4 Bet is every 4bet a player makes.
In HM2 the "Open 4bet stat" was replaced by TOT Raise vs 2+ Raisers.
But there is an internal discussion going on about this (HM-4266)
