Hi.

I played a session yesterday with 4 tables and I noticed that the hud results for my session were different than the holdem manager sessions results. I looked into it more and saw that 2 of the hands were not recorded for a specific table, even though the correct results were shown on the hud.

So I got the hands for the session from FullTilt and found one of the hands that wasn't imported correctly. I tried to import just that specific hand and it says it is a duplicate file, even though there is no HH found in my database and there are only 126 hands for the table shown in the sessions tab and there were actually 128.

How can I import these two hands?

Thank you.

Hi,

If my experience can help you, I've had a similar pb and probably found a solution.
I've created a new database and the hands I couldnot see w/ the previous one are now shown.
(this pb appear on my new pc (Windows Seven/HM1.10/SQL8.4) when I import the older database (Win XP/HM1.09/SQL8.3).

Hope this could help you.

Best regards

Hi. Thanks for the reply.

I made a new database and imported the 128 hands from the specific table. I downloaded the 128 from Full Tilt. It said it imported 128 successfully.

When I look at the sessions tab it says only 126. Even with a new database 2 are not showing up.

Any ideas?

Send us the original hands to test and your most recent error log file.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

\program files (x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\logs and sort by last modified date.

I updated to HEM 1.10.02b and had the same problem. The problem is that the new version is somehow using different date format for example 5/2/2010
is now 2/5/2010 seems retarded to me. How it can be changed?
