Tournaments don't show in Reports

Hello.

When I play, there is no problem with the HUD, everything is fine. But when I go in reports, Hold'em Manager can't find tournaments that I played, or, if he can, he shows only 1-2 hands.
I have the same problem for Cash Game hands.

When I reimport the hands, Hold'em Manager says they are all Duplicates.
