HM dont work on Microgaming after an update

Yesterday HM works fine.Today Pokertime(microgaming) has made an update and now Hm dont import the hands.I can see the tables in the table manager,but the Hud doesnt work and Hm dont import the hands.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder. I also need you to zip and email any files in this folder to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net with a link to this thread.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Have you tried using HM since the new update? One day it works fine and then the next day Crazy Poker has an update and HM no longer imports or shows the HUD. If you have HM working fine after the new update then I'll do the extra work Fozzy asked for.

Table Manager is picking up the tables with no stats and gamehistory.dat isn't growing while I have a bunch of tables open. Maybe Microgaming no longer allows datamining?

Yeah, I just sat down and played a few hands, the HUD came up and my Gamehistory.dat started growing.

I can't make HEM to import hands from Pokertime (microgaming). I can add them by pressing Import file and then choosing hand history file, but auomatic import is not working.

Any suggestions?

That doesn't help. HEM still doesn't auto import hand histories. I can only manually add Gamehistory.dat file

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

ahm, my HM imports the hand form microgaming(unibet), but doesnt recognize the table in the table manager and therefore i can't get a HUD working on those tables. When i look into the active players window all the players playing on the tables of unibet are there. i tried relaunch the hud, the os or HM itself nothing works.

I have the same problem with both ladbrokes and gnuf. I cant import the hands and Ive tried everything in the threads Ive found.

it worked since i've used the table finder. I haven't found the table finder before :/ Sry that i didn't reply earlier.
