At first, I would like to say Welcome to everyone because as you can see this is my first post on this forum ;)

I'm posting new thread because I can't find the solution of my problem... A few days ago I decided to try trail version of Holdem Manager so I downloaded it and configured to import hands from specific locations on my computer. Everything worked fine on the Titan Poker and PokerStars but on the FTP was something wrong. I don't see any graphics after installation HM. Only one way to get graphics back from FullTiltPoker software is reinstallation it. But it works for the first time of using, and when I closed FTP and opened it again the graphics dissapeared again. Today I download HmBetaUpdate.exe and install it but didn't help. I have no idea why that happens to me. Screens:

I would like to buy HM because it's very good software but I'm affraid to spend my money when I can't play on FTP.

I almost forgot, I'm working on Windows XP SP3.

Does anyone can help me with that?

You have improperly configured your auto import folder to the \full tilt poker folder, instead of the \full tilt poker\handhistory folder. HM is trying to archive the processed hand histories and it is moving a bunch of essential FTP files that arent hand histories.

Yeah, you had right. I changed the import folder and right now everythings works fine. Thanks a lot for helping me.

Greetings!
