Lost hands?

Hello

My hm2 doesn´t show any hand. No hands on reports and others. Ive tried to reimport all hands but hm2 show all of it as duplicates but doesn´t show hands...
What can i do?

Please update to this version > create a new database > re-import hands from the c:\HM2Archive: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7026_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe (7026)

Make sure to install on an administrator account and run as an administrator.

Please turn off User Account Control. Turn User Account Control on or off (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Turn-User-Account-Control-on-or-off)

Add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe and postgres to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus.

Make sure that Windows is fully 100% up to date.

You need to make sure that this folder

7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.

its curious, I´ve played some hands. the report only show this hands I´ve played recently, but the hud contains (I think) the hands of all players, so the hands are there but reports doesn´t show (only recent since the crash). I had a connection error with postgre, the comunication was lost, but I could retake the comunication.
I´ve installed the update from the administrator. I´m using a bootcamp mac (don´t know if can be relation with the problem), and I was playing on merge (with the merge updated software).
Hm2 is not running on .es skins isn´t it? only on stars.es...

HM2 should work on .es skins. Did you try creating a new database and reimporting the hands from the c:\HM2Archive? Not being able to connect to Postgres is usually a firewall or windows update issue:
