Please run a reindex via pgadmin -> maintenance. Its a different option beneath vacuum: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/88/Vacuum+Analyze+Database+
After this try again. If errors come up your database is damaged.

The 1.12.10 update runs a database update which needs some free space on the c: partition.
