View Full Version : HEM no longer importing after recent update

Hi I updated stars and HEM this weekend and now HEM does not import my hh files.

I have manually directed using the import files button and HEM says Found 0 files to process....

Any help.

Want to get back playing.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both is in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
