I am 100% sure that its missing some of my hands, I played a session last week and the last hand I won wasn't in the session so I decided I would watch out and see if they were uploading all

Thought of a few ways of doing this, emailing stars for hand histories was one but I thought I would go simple and check my bankroll before each session and then again after. Your software has been wrong on more than 5 occasions in the last 20 sessions, after the first incident I thought it might be because I was leaving the tables very fast and it didn't get enough time to get the hand history so I have sat out of all tables and waited a bit before I leave yet your software still isn't putting all of my hands through

Would appreciate what your thoughts are about this

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? What version of HM are you using?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate

Cash or tourney hands? Can you find some specific hands it recorded incorrectly and send them to us? Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

hey I updated the software(was using a very old one).
And this pops up

"No more activations allowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again."

I can't get into it to disable it so can you help me out?

Don't wanna post activation code on here as I'm not sure if I should. Will be online for the whole day to try and get this sorted and would really appreciate the help. Cheers

Edit to say: Restarted computer and that didn't work, also have no idea what email was used to set up account so can't really email support

HM misses some of my hands too. This happens on boss media when I get stacked and I do not reload, but just wait for the next hand to begin and leave table after that.

OS win7, firewall zonealarm, anti-virus Avast

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then reset your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.

If you still have problems, try the following steps.

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.

Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com.
