HEM on't show imported hand

I played a session the other day vs this guy JP Gus. The hands never showed up in my HEM graph nor can I find the HH. I requested the HH from FTP 4 times, but when I import the hands, it says they are duplicates. If I search the players name in HEM, it comes up in the search player field, but doesn't show any hands played by him in my database. Thoughts?

Windows 7, beta 1.10.

This is usually caused by a filter, datetime or wrong player name setting.

But no hands come up in the reports, graphs, hands tabs:

This session/player stood out becuase it was I wanted to look up a HH from the match, but no idea if I've 'lost' other HH/sessions because of the same problem. Other than this one thing, I haven't noticed any other problems with HEM.

:) did not help.

They obviously don't come up when I am filtered for my own hands of last month either.

I have the same problem, I can't see any of the hands I've played after 01/11/10 (about 15k hands!!!). The weird thing is that despite this problem the hud is working perfecly fine.
I also thought this was a filter problem but after trying everithing I could, I still couldn't come up with any solution.

If its not a filter or sth. similar your database probably is damaged.

Please try a reindex via pgadminIII->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you need to create a new database and reimport the hands.
