Error starting HM in Windows Vista

Hello, I just updated the lastest version but when I want to start up the program appears the following message:

An error ocurred on startup. Acceso denegado a la ruta de acceso C:/ProgramFiles/RVGSoftware/Holdem Manager/fishfinder/filterv2.

I use windows vista. How can I fixed ?

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

OK ty. I fixed this problem, but now I have problems with my hard disc 2 and the system shut down my laptop .
