Holdem Manager not Importing Bodog

I've done everything suggested on these forums and Holdem Manager still does not import HH from Bodog. This is a problem with the new version both Beta and production. Is there a link to the old versions where I can download it until this issue gets resolved. I realize there are not that many Bodog players and that's why it isn't an issue right now but this is evident as I have the old version on my desktop and it works fine. Please resolve and provide link to download old version as this is a huge issue for me.:mad:

What's the expected wait time on a reply? I need to get my HEM back up and running. It's vital to my multitabling. Can I get some support please?

For Bodog you need a handgrabber - are you using the latest version?
Do you get import errors when importing this hands?

everything works fine for me with a handgrabber and the newest HEM version

Yes I use Idleminer, have for a while. Still not working. Will just load old version as it doesn't seem that anything extra was added for Bodog. Thanks.

If it works with the old HM version and not with the new one please zip and mail some of the original handhistory files with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net
