Hud scambled on pokerstars

Im not sure if its a holdem manager problem or possibly table ninja but everytime I play more than ~16+ tables my tables just gets scrambled. Any solution?

Please try without Table Ninja for a test.
Have you enabled table preferences->Force on top? Please try with this option disabled.
