HUD Not Working for Rush

I've downloaded the update but my HUD still won't work for Rush Poker. Any suggestions?

The Hud is disabled for Rush tables.

A work around is Hud Options->Rush FTP Notes export which will overwrite your notes file with the stats for all players. So you have the stats in the player notes at the table.
