Had to reenter serial

I've been using HEM for 3 weeks or so and am very pleased with it. But this
morning it wouldn't open. It seemed to not recognize the registration. I had to dig through my files and find the serial code. Once a entered serial everything seemed to be fine. Is this normal?

No shouldnt happen again, possibly caused by a hardware change or some glitch
