I keep getting this error
An error occured on startup: Access to the path 'C:|program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\fishfinder\filterv2' is denied

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Ok now it opens, but now no stats show up when I try to import, and it keeps saying that I have to enter my serial code number, I don't know where my code is never knew I needed it again.

You should have received your code via mail. You need it for every reinstallation.

If you lost it please contact sales@holdemmanager.net with your purchase details.

I contacted the sales support, but I have yet to receive an email. Does it normally take so long to receive a response?

No, you should get a reply in a few hours usually. Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com. We recently changed our email from .net to .com so it may not be getting forwarded properly for you.
