Hi, I keep getting this Optimize reports error ever since I updated to version 1.06.03
Its kinda annoying because it takes forever to load HM now. It sais Processing and then I get the following error.

What to do?

What version have you got, please let me know if you continue to get it with this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03h.exe

I have updated to that version, but the problem stays the same. It takes like 20 minutes to load HM because it keeps processing my PS handHH

Any other options?

Please email support@holdemmanager.net - I would like to login to your pc with www.teamviewer.com and get this fixed for you and see why it happened.

I just reinstalled HM, and now I get a different error, perhaps it will clea out some things..

Hi, Still no one with an answer on this? Look at my last message, I see similar problems getting solved by typing something in PostQSL.. Roy do you have an answer? :)

Hi, unfortunately this looks like the actual tourney hands table has a corruption issue which is probably why the optimization was failing. We could do one of two things, either wipe out the tourney table and start new or you create a new database and reimport your hands. The second option is probably best because there could be other DB errors that are currently not visible

if you want to try and wipe out the playerhandstourneymisc table and continue from there then email me at support@holdemmanager.net for instructions
