For some reason HEM has started throwing up wrong statistics for the occasional person. A few people it seems to think play every hand/nearly every hand when I'm 100% sure that they don't.

I can't think what the problem could be. I do have #handed and #bb filters set up, but they still wouldn't be playing as insane as this in any situation.

I have this too, pretty disgusting error tbh as it could easily take a little while before noticing..
When I removed stacksize filter it seemed as normal. In reports tab it's also completely wrong if filtered by stacksizes. I just hope it's not recording the data wrong and it's just a display issue so I'm not getting wrong data while playing.

Update: HM1: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10b_08Jun2012d.exe

Try reimporting your hands into a new database.

Update: HM1: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10b_08Jun2012d.exe

Try reimporting your hands into a new database.

Still does not work after applying the update. Here are some pictures:

This is the overall HUD on one player:
72461

This is the stacksize filter on that player:
72471

Doesn't make sense at all. This is all from 181 hands just yesterday after applying the update. I can send the hands if needed. (but hopefully it's just the display that's wrong?). The tourney reports tab has the same issue with filters based on number of big blinds. I'd try to downgrade but a friend said he tried that and it did not work.

Do you have the same issue, when the hands are re-imported into a NEW empty database? Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

I'm encountering the same problem with the stacksize filter, even on hands freshly imported into a new DB.

Can you post a screenshot of your filter settings:
hud options--> additional HUD filters (for the number of players filter) and
hud options--> tourney HUD filters

Sure.

72632

72642

HUD SS included -- it usually ends up with ridiculously aggro stats on people, ie. 100/100 or 100/80 or whatnot. Not reflective of reality.

Can you change the number of players filter to:
2:2-2
3:3-6
4:3-6
5:3-6
6:3-6
7:7-10
8:7-10
9:7-10
10:7-10

Due to a bug, your current setup (with overlapping ranges) might cause this issue.

Nope. 72692

With your #player filters. It's the stack size feature that's boned, not the #player.

I've forwarded this thread to ALL tech support who might be able to think of something else that can cause this.

What happens if you change the "filter for big blinds remaining" to something like:
1:1-14
2:1-14
3:1-14
4:1-14
5:1-14
6:1-14
7:1-14
8:1-14
9:1-14
10:1-14
11:1-14
12:1-14
13:1-14
14:1-14
15-20:15-20-81+
21-30:15-20-81+
31-40:15-20-81+
41-50:15-20-81+
51-80:15-20-81+
81+:15-20-81+

So similarly as the number of players filter, not using any overlapping ranges.

This bug is written up as HMONE-110.

There is a temporary solution. Downgrade to 1.12.09: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/426/DownloadLinksForPastBuilds
Create a new database. Import a couple of hands. (or all your hands). Upgrade to 1.12.10b.

The bug occurs, in newly created databases, created in 1.12.10b.

This bug didn't occur in a newly-created 1.12.10b db for me -- I've been using my DB for about a year, at this point, and it randomly started happening in the update before 1.12.10b, I think.

Same thing happened to me since I upgraded to 1.12.10b. Some new regs had ridiculous pop up stats in relation to there HUD stats. I downgraded to 1.12.09 and it seems to be fine now. Hopefully its fixed soon :-)

The problem seems to happen for any new hands imported with .10b.

This is a high priority bug and the developers are working on a fix for it now. I don't have an ETA for a fix to be released but once we have a fix in place and tested we will try to post an internal build in this thread ASAP.
