Your database is corrupt.

Please try a reindex via pgadmin -> maintenance.

If that doesn't help you need to create a new database and reimport all your hands.

Ive just recently created a new database(this one) because the old one was corrupt. Now it has happened to this one. Is there something that could be causing this?

Also how do i find pgadmin?

Its also not allowing me to even open HEM. When i click 'ok' on the error message, HEM just closes.

You should find pgadminIII in your start menu or you can download and install it from www.pgadmin.org.

If your database constantly gets damaged this is usually caused by crashing software or hardware. You should check your installation and your computer system (especially the harddisk).
