View Full Version : Error is stage 33

I've been using HEM/HUD for @ a month now with no real problems. Last night though, my HEM/HUD froze up and I got a message "error in stage 33". It said to contact support and email them my "holdemmanager config file"......
I'm not the most tech-savvy, but when I looked for said file, I can only find a FOLDER named "config" in my HEM program files, not a single file.
Can someone help me with this issue? Thanx

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? What site do you play on and what version of HM are you using currently?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate


Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

Firewall and AntiVirus - Norton 360
HEM Version - 1.10 beta 6

I very recently updated, but I'll do it again.
I'll try to locate the config file so I can get that emailed.

I think I found it Fozzy. I sent it off to support like the message said.
