Sit out next big blind on all tables is not working

Hello

Sit out next big blind on all tables is not working.

The default pokerStar(R) setting folder looks correct (no error message), i can only see so far as the text box is not big enough to see it all, it reads

c:\Users\Name\App Data\Local\PokerStars\

However when I press my hotkey I get an error message saying it is incorrect.

The folder HEM manager uses is

c:\Users\Name\App Data\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\Pokerhandle

If i put this one into "Poker stars setting folder" i get an red ERROR written in the box.

I have looked on poker stars help folder and it says

Name\App Data\Local\PokerStars

Have you got any suggestions?

Has it got anything to do with the padlock on my name in the user folder?

Could you email support@alxsoftware.com with the following:

1) Your TNLog_YEAR-MM-DD.log and TNConfigAutoLoad.txt files. If your extensions are off you'll just see files called TNLog_YEAR-MM-DD and TNConfigAutoLoad.

Start > Computer > C:\Program Files (x86)\table ninja\

(remove the '(x86)' if on a 32 bit operating system)

2) A screen shot of the table with your Holdem Manager or Poker Tracker HUD displayed - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

Attach all 3 items to the email.

Please include a link to this thread also.

"There are two places to fill out folders for Ninja. The first is the PokerStars settings folder which you've been changing. This should be the folder you installed Stars to. On the bottom left of the same tab is the main hand history folder which should be set to the folder you have HEM importing hands from. If you have trouble getting these two configured let me know. "
