Hi !

I obserfved that the HUD randomly stops updating on stars. The handcount stops counting, and none of the stats get updated. This also happens sometimes when a nu player sits to the table and he has the stats of the player that previously had that seat. Somtimes there are just '-' -s displayed instead of numbers, and it can also happen that the complete HUD freezez so that I cant even call the player notes window up. This happens only at one table meanwhile the other tables HUDs are functioning well.

Do you have any information about this bug ?

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/6948_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

hud options--> config properties--> set the overhang to 0
As a temporary solution don't maximize the size of the tables so they don't fill up your entire screen. Make them smaller (close to its default size)

Surprisingly it was already set to 0 and I usually not maximize the tables.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
