I just want to highlight what a joke the support for the Table Scanner is compared to the excellent general HEM support, in the hope that someone could get them to get their act together. It's not just the fact that it takes a month for anything to get done (e.g. when Ipoker updated), the responses in threads are often overdue and unhelpful.

This problem with the Stars Pro tables has been around for a month now and hasn't been fixed yet. ScannerSupport says "This will be fixed in the next update" twice before finally asking for more detail on the problem, and ultimately replying with "It's supposed to be fixed in the upcoming HEM update"

This problem is also still around and hasn't been handled very well at all as you can see.
I appreciate that it's just an add-on to the main software but we paid money for it too.
