Hi

I cannot get my HM to work with GNUF poker soft.

I set import folder to c:\program files\gnuf\poker

This is the folder where GameHistory.dat file is on my pc.

The table manager launched but it says that there are 0 players at the tables that i play at.
Also the autoimport feature says "autoupdate didn't find any new files".

pls can you tell me what to do? I played at a lot of sites and never before encountered such problem.

where can I find step by step guide to this particular poker site?

I used "search" feature on this forum but it didnt help.

best regards.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the gamehistory.dat file your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

Hi,

Thanks for response Fozzy71. HM still not working.

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

done

Move the gamehistory.dat file your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

done, I moved the file, and did import, but it showed 0 imported hands. There actually were hands cuz I played before for like an hour.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

new session started, new file generated, still not working.

now to the questions:

What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
1.09 beta 32

What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
gnuff, only gnuff has problems

Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
NL

Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
yes

Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
yes it is saving, I can watch my history from gnuff software.

Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the correct folder.
yes, they do in C:\Program Files\Gnuf\Poker

If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database.
database is ok, works with other poker sites.

Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work?
it says "cannot find unattached hands"

If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
yes, in English

Make sure UAC is disabled and unselect it and restart if it is.
I use win XP, no UAC.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.
I will when sending e-mail.

I did the best I could, never before had any problems with any poker site.
Please help ;)

LOL, I was sure that I did the update Oo.

Now it's done, ver. 1.10.01

Ok, so the hand are imported correctly and I can view them in HM, but the HUD doesn't appear. It counts hands and shows winnings when minimized, but the statistics won't show up.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
