Did Holdem Manager buy out Table Ninja?

I already have Table Ninja for Full Tilte ( beta version ).

I rarely play Poker Stars ... probably won't play there again at all.

Don't really use the Table Ninja for Full Tilt much because I'm not a big multi-tabler. And now with Rush poker one can play as many hands as some multi-tablers.

Will the version I have conflict with your version if I install it?

The Full Tilt beta version you have will not conflict with StarsNinja obtained though HEM. The beta is a standalone, yet supported version of TableNinja.
