Hi, could someone help me, thanks!

I´ve set this one C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Boss Media\Casino\Poker Heaven\history\ as an import folder.

Why Poker Heaven players and saved hands do not go in the HEM? When I made import folders for Full Tilt and Ongame it worked immediately, what do I do wrong?

I'm just gonna throw this in here so I don't have to open a new thread:
Also concerning Boss Media, it seems as if HEM misses some hands here and there, cash as well as tourneys. Any ideas on how to fix that / what the issue could be?

Which HM version?

Is your handhistory folder empty except the latest hands?
Is your archive folder configured correctly to sth. like c:\hmarchive (not in the boss handhistory path)?

Version 1.10

HH folder is empty except for some images and the latest history.xml

Archive folder is configured to an external HDD that also has my database on it because I'm using that shared database on multiple computers. Might that be the issue?

Why are there images in there? There should only be hand history files there. You do not want any other files in an auto import folder.

Does it find new hands to import if you try and import your recent archives? Have you tried creating a new DB?

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

If you want to try a new DB:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20754

Please try a new database and reimport the hands from the archive like Fozzy explained above. Does it make a difference?

Nope, no difference. Still hands missing. Same number of hands in the new database. Like I said, there were like 7 HH files that wouldnt import from my history folder, even when I tried to seperately import them. Now they're gone..

You probably find the files in your hmarchive folder.

If you can identify them please zip and mail them with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net
