Hud works but the data base is not being populated

Please help. My Hud is working put the database has no data. In the left pain PLAYERS (215980) however no data in the right pains. I have confirmed my import folders are correct and data is being added to the folders from the poker sites. Thanks for any help.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Which site do you play on??


Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

I am running Windows 7. Before I posted I looked at the posts for windows 7 and set HM to run as administrator. I am still puzzled why my data base is not being populated.

Please check your filter settings, datetime filters and playernames for the reports.

If that doesn't help please post a screenshot.
