View Full Version : 888poker.es - no HUD showing

Hi,

Today 888poker launched their .es client for their spanish players, but somehow the HUD is not working and all information from my games in not showing in HEM aswell. Table manager recognizes all tables and I have made sure that it import hands from the right place etc etc.

They have changed their currency from USD to EURO. Could that be the reason? and if so, how do i fix this?

My hud is working on all other sites and it worked fine on their 888.com platform yesterday aswell.

Anything you guys need of information to help me out, let me know.

Update up: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_05Jun2012.exe

Set the lobby language of the pokerclient in English.

If that doesn't resolve it, hmail us a .es handhistory to support@holdemmanager.com

Update did not solve the problem. An email has been sent with a .es handhistory.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-97. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

I don't understand, are you saying that it works with HM2?

The 888.se "hands not importing" issue affects both HM1 and HM2.
And still has to be fixed for both.

I have no eta when this will be fixed, but all you can do is wait for the next HoldemManager update with a fix checked in.

You can try this:
Please go to English page of 888 site and download poker client from that page. Not from Spain page.
Then install it in English.
Then follow these instructions http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/711/Pacific+Poker

This is still an open bug for both HM1 and HM2.

As colleague posted, there are bug tickets for this issue both for HM1 and HM2.
But, anyway, non-english Pacific client has a bug: cards are named wrong.
Example: under German client "Queen" is "Dama"
Naturally, HM can't recognize this card in history.
Workaround is downloading client installer from English page of their site and install it in English intially

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

any update? this doent work with the english version either.thanks has there been an update for hm2, i have both and would like to use hud for at least one of them.

bummp, i just brought hm2 , both of my hm doesnt work. why the delay since 888 is the 4th biggest site shouldnt it be priority?
