i dont think anyones is at this time, confirmed from 2p2. this new site is a mess atm imo. I was so comfortable on Merge, I was so effective at multittabling and now this sigh. my hourly just went way down, hopefully HUD and mergekeys will be on top of things tho and get on board soon

Any idea how long this is going to take? Because we really cannot play without it...

HM2 release out right away...HM1, you cheapskates who won't upgrade aren't a priority so wait until we get around to resolving the issue.

I don't like HM2 and I was promised great support for HM1 when I purchased it. So, I have every right to be demanding for the software I paid top dollar for. So please take your judgmental attitude elsewhere!

um, i dont think you understand what i was saying. i was sarcastically pointing out how they have a fix right away for HM2, and leave us HM1 users out to dry for several days.

My apologies then. I did not get your sarcastic tone. And I totally second that!

@Patvs: I would appreciate it, if you took care of this issue right away! Some of us, we are losing some serious money here...

Update:

HM1: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10b_08Jun2012d.exe
HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/6971_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

(fixes HUD... also for bad beat jackpot tables)
You may still have to use the TableFinder if you play STT/MTTs.

After download I still have to find my table manually. When I get the table and put the X on the table, I get a hud but only for a second, then it's gone.

I have the most recent version of HM2 and the HUD still does not work with Carbon Poker cash games and tournaments.

Any other HM2 users with similar issues with Carbon Poker?

Any suggestions?

Which version build does your HM2 show in the top bar?
Is it correctly importing the handhistories? (you can see all the hands in reports?)

Lobby language is in English?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

The HUD works with Lock Poker, although it overlaps my pocket cards on 6-max games and does not align well with other players. Any suggestions?

HM2 ver 2.0.0..6866

The Lock Poker hand histories are in notepad *.txt format and the Carbon Poker hand histories are in *.xml format. Why do they use different formats?

XP Home Edition 2002 SP3, Windows Firewall, AVG

I will run a manual update of Windows and update you on this forum the results.....Thanks

It's clearly not working on certain table types and the table finder is tilting as hell because it disappears, can you please look into this further instead of providing stock responses?

Update: HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/6984_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe (6984)

My HM2 HUD appears to be working with Carbon Poker 6.0 after this most recent update. Do you know why it was not working 4 days before?

I imagine it is not easy supporting XP, Vista, and Windows 7 multiplied by the number of poker sites???? 3 x 20 = 60????

Thank you....

It also depends on what type of table you play. Cash vs Tournies.
Regular cash tables vs Bad Beat Jackpot, 6max vs full ring etc.
The 6984 build has an additional fix checked in to fix the HUD for Merge.
