View Full Version : HUD not staying in one place

I am currently playing on Lock poker and the HUD stats are not sticking in one place. The stats for each player keep jumping around from hand to hand. So basically I never know what stats belong to what player (unless I click the pop-up and read the name). I have the preferred seating the same in Holdem Manager and Lock Poker. Any advice on how to fix this would be great.

Also, I have the "fix my stats position" checked if that means anything.

And under "use for" I have all boxes checked and "any site" enabled for the HUD I want to use. All of the other HUD configs I have disabled by unchecking all of the boxes for them.

ok I got the right stats showing up but I am having trouble having the stats stick to where they should be. The stats seem to be acting weird between the different games ex: 6max vs. full ring tables. Is there a way to set up your config and placement of stats on a 6 max table and then set up stats in the full ring config so they don't overlap. The stats are also jumping around from player and they keep on moving.

Seating preferences is not yet supported for the new client. You need to disable this feature until we fix it.

I am having the same stat position issue at Ipoker (coral). I tried using autocenter on and off, both were no good. I have also entered the seating positions in HM.

I was playing at Betfair before where I had no problem and only moved to Coral today.

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/661/HM1+End+of+Life+(EOL)+Common+Questions

Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK


1) Open one Table only and ensure at least 1 hand has imported before moving to step 2.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD to the correct position.
3) Now you can open more tables and it should be automatically configured. Let at least 1 hand import before changing anything as this is needed to gather the correct positions.

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

So I once again have the problem of the HUD showing no hands at all. I was going to try and fix the placement problem, but today I found the HUD was stuck on waiting for hands AGAIN.

The hands do import in HM.

We no longer support HM1.

Please update to this version:

1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using? (e.g. 1.12.11)
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT, zoom, rush, speed, etc)
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

I am using HM2 I just called it HM automatically, sorry about that. My version is 2.0.0.8219. I am currently playing at Coral poker. Before I was playing at Betfair (both Ipoker) and I also had this problem. One of your team fixed it through a teamviewer session by adding exceptions to my firewall. I cannot find those exceptions anymore though. I expect that the problem is once again in my firewall, as I had this same problem at Betfair. I also had this problem at Coral before but I managed to fix it the first time myself.
