HM problems

Hello, my first problem was that my HUD didnt work and a friend told me he had the same problem and then he made a new database and then it worked.

But i couldnt make a new database since i got the box "DBControlPanel has stopped working" Then my brother helped me and downloaded a update to DBcontrolpanel and also an update to Postgresql...

Now when i start HM postgres want me to sign in there but i dont have the login and password?

tried postgres as login and postgrespass as password but then i got a box saying:

DB Control Panel

Connection Error: Åtkomst till sökvägen C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ etc etc Nekas

System.UnhautorizedAccessException: etc etc etc..

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe


If you don't get it working please give us the complete error details and/or some screen shots. If you do get HM working and are having problems with the HUD, try the following:

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

now it seemed to work but now when i start HM i get this box:

99% of the time this is because you have not yet set HM to run as administrator like I suggested.
