Hi!
Imported database from HM1, sng (10 max only, Ongame)
7122171231
Please note tournament count, EV and results.

I've tried 6889, 6934, 6866 versions. With every version I've fully deleted database and re imported it. Same results.

I can send a HEM 1 backup file 53.8 MB (from which HM1 database was recovered before importing in HM2) if this helps

Do you have the same issue if you reimport the original handhistory files into a new HM2 database?
(or export the hands from HM1--> then import those hands into HM2)

I don't have the original handhistory files :( I'm reinstalling windows frequently so I'm using HM1 backup manager to make a backup.
I've just tried to export handhistory files using Database Control Panel and imported it in fresh HM2 6934 db. I got different results: 71291
The tournament count is fixed now. EV and results are still messed up, but in a different way.

Sorry for my bad English :)

Please email the backup file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread. We will test this issue and make sure it is written up for a fix.

I'm having a problem attaching large file (53.8 MB). I could upload it to some service though. Which service is comfortable for you?
I can also split file to 3 parts and send it to you with 3 separate emails if this is ok. (gmail has 25mb attachment limit per email)

Upload to dropbox and send a link to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

Email sent :)
This base also has few tournaments played on PokerStars which will be selected by default so please make sure to change it to Ongame. The nickname is in the email.

Is there any ideas on how long could this fix take? (and where can I get information if it gets fixed?) I can't use HM2 without my database :(

I am sorry but we can not give an ETA for when this may be fixed. It will be tested in the order it was received. Then it will be written up for a fix. You will be given a ticket number related to your issue.

We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

Will I get a ticket number by email or any other way? When?

If your hands result in a new bug ticket, they'll email you the ticket number.
The same should happen if the hands are used or added to an existing bug ticket.

Hello!
I was confirmed by email after emailing my database that: "This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and sent to the developers to resolve. The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-4632."
This ticket supposed to be fixed in the 7172. I'm still getting the same results after importing though. I think that the problem is that HM-4632 is completely different ticket that has nothing in common with my problem (except EV differences). What are my options? Wait few years more? I've bought HM2 and NoteCaddy since they were launched but I still can't use them and I'm forced to use HM1

HM-4632 is: "Tourney EV differs in HM2 and HM1".

Do you have the same issue if you import the original handhistories into HM2?

I do know what HM-4632 is and I did answer to your question on the previous page in this thread.
Thank you

Can you email us a (exported) handhistory file where the EV is wrong if you import it into HM2?
