hi,
i have a session selected, no filters and see no hands, neither marked ones nor 'all'
same goes for other tabs
(unpurged)

HM1:

If you are using HM1 please make sure you have the latest update from this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_03June2012.exe


set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

hi patvs,
i installed the update, have the time format now and i assume with regional settings you mean region and langueage -> format: english (US)
filters cleared.

i see a few hands no e.g. i go to reports and have on a certain day 3k hands
it shows me then 200 when i click on all
200 for last 100
200 for last 100

Did you restore a database backup or something like that?

yes i restored a database, played two days and the recent played days did not show up aswell (as stats but not the hands themselves)

I am having the exact same issue with my tournament hands. ( Cash game hands are fine )

- I have updated to version 1.12.10a
- I triple checked that I do not have any filters on. ( also cleared )
- Alias/Hero is setup correctly
- I have verified the date format on my PC.
- The hands are not from a backup.
- All hands are from Pokerstars or Ipoker network

This has been an ongoing issue for me for a while. Any help would be appreciated.

Try creating a new database. Check if the hands appear if you import them into the new database.
Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager
