I had bodog working correctly last night perfectly. today it is not working. no HUD pops up nor are any of the hands auto importing. nothing pops up under " sessions"

bodog hand grabber is open and turned to "on". no hands are being saved whatsoever. none of the import folders were were switched whatsoever. i am currently running the latest version of HEM. i even went ahead and restarted the bodog and HEM clients and nothing works. all of the other sites are importing correctly.

help please

I had the same problem yesterday. I had just upgraded to Ver1.10 HEM.

I always open HEM first then Bodog then Handgrabber. I rebooted and opened handgrabber second and Bodog last and it worked OK but hand grabber seems to take a bit longer to get the first hand. Not sure if this was blind luck or even actually did anything to make it work.

thanks for your input. i tried this just now and unfortunately it didn't work. :(

bodog hand grabber is saving the hands. (i see the number of hands saved continue to rise)

there is just no hud available, nor does any single hand import. its weird. very frustrating :(

Play a few hands and make sure the hands are appearing on your hard drive in the folder you set it up to save the hands default C: program files/bodog hand grabber. If they are make sure HEM Import is looking at the same file too including all subfolders. After that I'll let the pro's help......

Open HEM, start import
Open Hand Grabber
Open Bodog
Open Table
HUD should come up in a hand or two

this is the same sub folder it was set too initially the past few days when everything went fine. HEM is set to the correct bodog hand grabber folder. there are no HH's in here.. am i missing a certain folder? none of these have HH's in them. this is all i see.

from memory the actual table names should appear there as the file names. Is that the same path name shown on Output Directory in the small handgrabber box above where it counts the hands?

yes it is the same file as before. nothing has changed, everything is the same from 24 hours ago when everything was working correctly. i even went into the HM archive and saw that my bodog HH's from last night were in the archive. but none of my new bodog hh;s from today were. although my AP, Merge, and FTP hands were all there lol. so yea, im clueless.

just awaiting one of the pros to come in here and help

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Please give Holdem Manager, Bodog, and the Hand Grabber Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work

*Make sure you attach the config file as explained in step 9.

This does not work at all. New version of Holdem Manager is not recognizing files being imported from Bodog Hand Grabber. Come up with a solution as this is an issue with the current version.

You mean V1.10.01? V1.1 works.
