connection error

I finally installed the sql and now i get this:

connection error: unable to read data from the transport connection. an existing connection was forcibl closed by the remote host.

What do i do?

1. Uninstall PostgreSQL
2. Uninstall any Antivirus software
3. Restart your computer
4. Install PostgreSQL
5. Install Antivirus software
