pop ups?

when i click on a stat from my HUD, i get a small pop-up giving some
details about that stat, and I used to be able to bring up a large pop-up
page of various stats, but not I cannot.
I used to able to hover over a stat and it would tell me what that stat
is (I eliminated the abbreviatons to remove clutter), but this doesn't
work either.
Any ideas?
